Charges

The shipping & handling charge is based on the total weight of your items, the shipping option chosen, and the destination of your order. You will be able to view this calculated charge before submitting your online order.

Delivery

GROUND SHIPPING: You can expect delivery, via UPS or USPS Ground service within 6-9 business days from the day you placed your order (West Coast orders and those to Alaska and Hawaii may take slightly longer).

Overseas Orders

Orders outside the U.S. must be placed through our customer service department by calling: (502) 271-2395 or (866) 804-7983. Office hours are between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm EST.

Order by Mail

To send us your order via mail, print a copy of your online shopping cart page (after you have entered your address information online and hit "continue"). This page will show your purchase total including shipping amount which should be added to the total cost of your selected items). Note: Order confirmation can only be sent if you provide us a valid email address.
